# RPX customs

> RPX customs is a Brandenburg-based technology company building cyber-physical phone cases. Part 90s nostalgia, part future tech. Customers design their own loadout — describe a concept and AI generates original artwork, upload a portrait and the Portrait Engine turns it into a stylized character, or browse the Two Souls curated design universe. Every case is armored hybrid construction — 3-meter drop tested, MagSafe compatible, and built like classified hardware.

## Core Product

RPX customs sells cyber-physical phone cases — armored hybrid hardware (TPU bumper + rigid printed back panel) with designs created four ways:

1. **Two Souls Collections** — curated design universes ready to order. No design needed. Pick your side.
2. **PROMPT ENGINE** — describe a concept, the system generates original artwork
3. **PORTRAIT ENGINE Transform** — upload a portrait, the AI turns you into a stylized character (bold cel-shaded character portraits inspired by 90s anime and urban illustration)
4. **Photo Upload** — print any high-resolution image directly on the case

All cases: armored hybrid construction (2.8mm thick), 3-meter drop tested, UV-resistant ink, MagSafe with N52 magnets (iPhone), Qi wireless charging (all models). Black TPU frame that never yellows.

## Two Souls. One Pixel.

RPX customs' design philosophy splits into two curated universes:

**The System** — For the digitally wired. Tech aesthetics channeling 90s translucent hardware, CRT glow, and overclocked energy.
- Silicon Heart: circuit boards, glowing processors — like cracking open a translucent Game Boy and finding the future inside
- Retro Gadget: translucent consoles, 8-bit pixel art — pure 90s gaming nostalgia, N64 cartridge energy
- Kinetic Overclock: combustion cores, boost gauges — turbo energy meets digital redline

**The Streets** — For culture carriers. Drift smoke, neon rain, and palm city heat.
- JDM Drift: manga-style touge drift, rain-soaked street coupes — midnight mountain-run energy
- The Cyber-Arcade: Neo-Tokyo streets, neon dreams — the arcade you never wanted to leave in 1997
- Palm City: bold character art, sunset skylines — urban illustration energy on a phone case

## Portrait Engine access

PORTRAIT ENGINE is open every day. No time windows, no queue, no code, no card.
- **Free** — 2 PORTRAIT ENGINE portraits per device each week, plus 6 PROMPT ENGINE generations
- **PIXELBACK (€2.95)** — 5 more PORTRAIT ENGINE generations and 10 more PROMPT ENGINE generations. The €2.95 is then taken off an eligible RPX customs phone case at checkout, so it comes back on the case. One-time purchase, no subscription.

A free portrait is a real result: it can be ordered on a case exactly as it is.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**How does RPX customs work?**
Four ways to get your case: browse the Two Souls curated collections (The System / The Streets), generate original art with PROMPT ENGINE, transform your portrait with PORTRAIT ENGINE, or upload your own image. Choose your phone model, pick your method, and the system handles the rest in under 60 seconds.

**Is it free to try?**
Yes. You get 6 PROMPT ENGINE generations and 2 Portrait Engine portraits per device each week at no cost, with no code and no card. Browsing and ordering from the Two Souls collections requires no generation credits. You only pay when you order a physical case. For more generations, PIXELBACK is €2.95 once — and that €2.95 comes off your phone case at checkout.

**What material are the cases made of?**
Armored hybrid construction — shock-absorbing TPU bumper frame with rigid UV-printed back panel. 2.8mm thick, 3-meter drop tested. Black frame that never yellows.

**Are the cases MagSafe compatible?**
Yes. All iPhone cases (iPhone 15 and newer) are fully MagSafe compatible and work with MagSafe chargers, wallets, battery packs, and car mounts.

**What is the PORTRAIT ENGINE transform?**
Upload a human portrait and the Portrait Engine turns it into a stylized character illustration — bold cel-shaded art inspired by 90s anime and urban illustration. It preserves the subject's likeness while completely reimagining the art style. Optimized for faces — not animals or objects.

**Do you store uploaded photos?**
No. Photos are processed on EU servers and automatically deleted within 72 hours (max 30 days for AI API). RPX customs operates under strict EU privacy standards and never uses customer photos for AI training.

**Where is RPX customs based?**
Ludwigsfelde, Brandenburg, Germany. International shipping available.

**Can I design a case as a gift?**
Yes. Select the recipient's phone model, create the design, and ship directly to their address at checkout.
